คู่สัญญาทั้งสองฝ่ายตกลงทำสัญญาเช่ากันมีข้อความดังต่อไปนี้

ข้อ 2. ผู้ให้เช่าตกลงให้เช่าและผู้เช่าตกลงเช่าห้องชุดตามข้อ 1 ในราคาดังนี้

2.2 ค่าโทรศัพท์ ชำระตามเอกสารใบแจ้งหนี้ของหน่วยงานราชการ/เอกชนที่เรียกเก็บ ณ สถานที่ที่กำหนดไว้
2.3 ค่าน้ำประปา ชำระตามเอกสารใบแจ้งหนี้ของนิติบุคคลอาคารชุดฯ ณ สำนักงานของนิติบุคคลอาคารชุดฯ
2.4 ในกรณีที่ผู้เช่า ผิดนัดการชำระหนี้ค่าเช่า และค่าใช้จ่ายสาธารณูปโภคต่างๆ หรือปฏิบัติผิดสัญญาข้อหนึ่งข้อใด ผู้เช่ายินยอมให้ผู้ให้เช่า หรือตัวแทนของผู้ให้เช่า ดำเนินการตัดมิเตอร์น้ำประปา มิเตอร์ไฟฟ้า และระบบโทรศัพท์ภายในห้องเช่า รวมทั้งยินยอมให้ผู้ให้เช่าดำเนินการบังคับให้เป็นไปตามสัญญาโดยมิต้องบอกกล่าวล่วงหน้า

ในกรณีที่ผู้เช่ามีหนี้สินค้างชำระแก่ผู้ให้เช่า ผู้ให้เช่ามีสิทธิหักเงินประกันนี้ได้ และหากยังมีเงินเหลืออยู่ ผู้ให้เช่าจะคืนให้แก่ผู้เช่า แต่หากหักหนี้สินจากเงินประกันแล้วยังไม่คุ้มกับเงินที่ผู้เช่าจะต้องชำระ ผู้ให้เช่ายังมีสิทธิเรียกร้องจากผู้เช่าจนครบ
