โครงงานเรื่อง พิซซ่าเขียวหวานไก่ (Green Curry Chicken Pizza) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเป็นทางเลือกให้กับโรงแรม ในการสร้างเมนูพิซซ่าหน้าเขียวหวานไก่ และเพิ่มความหลากหลายทางด้านรสชาติ ความน่าสนใจ ให้แขกได้ลิ้มลอง ซึ่งพิซซ่าเขียวหวานไก่ เป็นแนวอาหารประยุกต์ (FusionFood)ระหว่างอาหารไทยและอาหารอิตาเลียน
