1. ประชากร (อ้างอิง จากยอดนักศึกษาจริง คณะวิทยาการจัดการ :2552)
- ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นนักศึกษา คณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกาญจนบุรี ภาคปกติ ประกอบด้วย 6 สาขาวิชา ได้แก่ สาขาวิชาคอมพิวเตอร์ธุรกิจ จำนวน 235 คน สาขาวิชาอุตสาหกรรมท่องเที่ยว จำนวน 125 คน สาขาวิชาการบัญชี จำนวน 137 คน สาขาวิชาการตลาด จำนวน 67 คน สาขาวิชานิเทศศาสตร์ จำนวน 141 คน สาขาวิชาการจัดการทั่วไป จำนวน 109 คน รวมจำนวนนักศึกษาภาคปกติทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 814 คน
- กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบ่งออกเป็น 2 กลุ่ม โดยใช้วิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เพื่อให้กลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมมีจำนวนที่ใกล้เคียงกัน จากนั้นดำเนินการโดยการจับฉลาก ผลปรากฏว่ากลุ่มแรกเป็นกลุ่มทดลอง เป็นนักศึกษา สาขาวิชาคอมพิวเตอร์ธุรกิจ จำนวน 235 คน กลุ่มที่สอง เป็นกลุ่มควบคุม เป็นนักศึกษา สาขาวิชา การจัดการทั่วไป และอุตสาหกรรมการท่องเที่ยว จำนวน 234 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 469 คน
2. ตัวแปรที่ศึกษา
ตัวแปรอิสระ ได้แก่
- ระบบการจัดการความรู้ ได้แก่ จัดตั้งคณะทำงาน KM Community สัมมนาเชิงปฏิบัติการ โครงการ (งามสง่าอย่างคนของพระราชา) กิจกรรมต่างๆ และ ระบบเครือข่ายการติดต่อสื่อสาร แบบประเมิน การสร้างแรงจูงใจ
ตัวแปรตาม ได้แก่
- ประสิทธิภาพของระบบการจัดการความรู้ ตามเกณฑ์ 80/80
- รางวัลเพื่อสร้างแรงจูงใจในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเพื่อปรับพฤติกรรมการแต่งกาย
