การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยเงื่อนไขที่เอื้อต่อการบริหารจัดการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานเชิงบูรณาการ ศึกษารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานเชิงบูรณาการและการเสนอแนะประสิทธิผลการบริหารจัดการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานเชิงบูรณาการในจังหวัดอุดรธานี การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ใช้รูปแบบในการวิจัยแบบไม่ทดลอง ประชากรคือโรงเรียน จำนวน 834 โรงเรียน ในสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุดรธานี เขต 1 – 4 การหากลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้วิธีการคำนวณหากลุ่มตัวอย่างตามแนวทางของ Taro yamane ซึ่งได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 270 โรงเรียน
