สวัสดีครับ ผมชื่อ ชีวิน วันนี้ผมจะมานำเสนอ เรื่อง “ความสำเร็จในการทำงานของผม” จะเป็นเรื่องเกี่ยวกับการทำโครงการการก่อสร้างโรงงานใหม่ที่จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี โดยจะแบ่งเป็น 3 ตอนคือ
1.การก่อสร้างตัวอาคาร
2.การติดตั้งระบบ utility
3.การติดตั้งเครื่องจักร และการทดลองเครื่อง
แรกเริ่มผมทำงานที่ plastissimo film (ผลิตสินค้าเกี่ยวกับ บรรจุภัณฑ์ชนิดอ่อน) ในตำแหน่ง production engineer ดูแลกระบวนการการผลิต film ได้ประมาณ 1 ปี จึงได้รับมอบหมายเป็นหนึ่งในทีมของการสร้างโรงงานใหม่ และต้องไปอยู่ที่จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี โดยตัวผมจะมีหน้าที่ คือ
-จัดทำแผนการดำเนินงานของโครงการ
-จัดหา เครื่องจักร และวัสดุ ที่ใช้ในการก่อสร้าง
-ประสานงานกับทางผู้ออกแบบและที่ปรึกษาโครงการ
-ควบคุมการทำงานของผู้รับเหมาให้เป็นไปตามแผนการดำเนินงาน โดยอยู่บนพื้นฐานของความปลอดภัย
-ตรวบสอบความคืบหน้า และคุณภาพ และรายงานให้กับผู้บังคับบัญชา
โดยจะมีพื้นที่การสร้างประมาณ 10,000 ตารางเมตร จะแบ่งเป็น 2 อาคาร คือ โรงผลิต กับ โรงเก็บวัตถุดิบ

การติดตั้งระบบ utility เริ่มจากเราตั้งโจทย์ว่าเรามีเครื่องจักร 3 เครื่อง เราจะต้องใช้อะไรบ้างที่จะทำให้เครื่องจักรสามารถเดินเครื่องได้ เราจึงเริ่มออกแบบระบบ utility จากสเปคของเครื่องจักร ว่าจะต้องใช้ไฟฟ้าเท่าไร ,ใช้น้ำเย็นเท่าไร, ใช้ลมเท่าไร จากนั้นจึงมาเลือกสเปคของ cooling tower, chiller , air compressor เป็นต้น

เมื่อเราได้ตัวอาคารและระบบ utility แล้วก็ถึงเวลาที่เครื่องจักรมาถึง ผมได้ทำแผนการในการติดตั้งเครื่องจักร โดยเริ่มจากการเตรียมเครื่องจักร เช่น รถเครน , รถโฟคลิฟท์ วัสดุอุปกรณ์ และทีมงาน ในการติดตั้งเครื่องจักร และผมต้องประสานงานกับทางช่างต่างประเทศที่มาทำการติดตั้งเครื่องจักร เมื่อติดตั้งเสร็จก็เริ่ม test run เครื่องจักร และสามารถผลิตงานออกมาได้ตามประสิทธิภาพของเครื่อง และคุณภาพที่ได้มาตรฐาน

โดยทั้งที่ผมได้กล่าวมานั้นคือความภูมิใจที่ได้ทำโครงการนี้สำเร็จ ภายในระยะเวลา 1 ปี และสามารถประหยัดค่าใช้จ่ายของโครงการไปได้ถึง 20% (20ล้านบาท)
และการทำงานมาประมาณ 5 ปี นั้นผมได้เรียนรู้การอยู่ในสังคมการทำงานที่มีความสุข คือการมีน้ำใจเอื้อเฟื้อเผื่อแผ่ ให้กับเพื่อนร่วมงาน และคนที่อยู่รอบตัวเรา
