- จัดตั้งเครือข่ายหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องการกำกับดูแลการคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค โดยมีการดำเนินงานตามแผนความร่วมมือ เช่น จัดอบรม การแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูล ประสบการณ์
ด้านการคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค เป็นต้น
- การจัดตั้งกลไกการร้องเรียนและแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูล
- พัฒนากลไกการเยียวยาผู้บริโภคข้ามพรมแดนภายในปี 2558
