บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบความสำเร็จและกลยุทธ์การจัดการของธุรกิจโรงแรมสีเขียว เพื่อรองรับการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืนของผาปกอีโค่รีสอร์ท อำเภอสวนผึ้ง จังหวัดราชบุรี เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยใช้วิธีตรวจสอบข้อมูลแบบสามเส้า (Triangulation) เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-Depth Interview) การสังเกตแบบไม่มีส่วนร่วม (Non-Participant Observation) และการค้นคว้าจากเอกสารและงานวิจัยต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักเป็นเจ้าของกิจการ พนักงานและนักท่องเที่ยวที่มาใช้บริการจำนวน 8 คน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ผาปกอีโค่รีสอร์ทมีรูปแบบการจัดการ 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ด้านการกำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดี 2)ด้านการดำเนินงานตามนโยบาย3) ด้านการจัดการลักษณะทางกายภาพ 4) ด้านการจัดการดูแลสิ่งแวดล้อม 5) ด้านกิจกรรมส่งเสริมสิ่งแวดล้อม 6) ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนและมีการใช้กลยุทธ์การสร้างภาพลักษณ์ (Brand Image) เพื่อสร้างภาพลักษณ์ให้แก่รีสอร์ทในด้านความเป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อม มีการใช้กลยุทธ์ส่วนผสมทางการตลาด 7P’s
