บทคัดย่อ
โครงงานการปลูกพืชสวนครัว การปลูกผักกาดขาว ตามแนวพระราชดำรัส มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาเรื่องเกี่ยวกับเกษตรต่าง ๆ เพื่อที่จะสามารถนำมาใช้กับชีวิตประจำวันและสอดคล้องกับแนวพระราดำรัสของพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว โดยคณะผู้จัดทำได้ออกศึกษาค้นคว้าจากอินเทอร์เน็ต และศึกษาสัมภาษณ์จากชาวบ้าน จากชาวบ้านชุมชนใกล้เคียงที่ปลูกพืชผักสวนครัว คณะผู้จัดทำได้ความรู้เรื่องเกษตรต่าง ๆแล้ว ก็มีแนวความคิดจัดทำขึ้นเป็นโครงงาน เพื่อให้นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ ๒ มีความรู้เรื่องเกษตรต่าง ๆ และเมื่อได้ความรู้แล้วก็สามารถที่จะนำไปประยุกต์ใช้กับชีวิตประจำวันได้ เมื่อนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ก็ทำให้เกิด ความพอเพียง พอมี พอกิน
