ในการศึกษาเรื่องนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อทำให้ผู้ที่ต้องการรู้และต้องการศึกษาได้ทำความเข้าใจในเรื่องภัยธรรมชาติมากขึ้นและเกิดความเป็นผลมากที่สุดและที่สำคัญนั้นสามารถเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการศึกษาของแต่ละคนในกลุ่มได้อีกด้วย แบบสอบถามภัยพิบัติทางธรรมชาติ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย = 2.92 , S.D. = 1.01
ผลการศึกษาพบว่าโดยภาพรวมของการศึกษาเรื่อง ภัยพิบัติทางธรรมชาติ อยู่ในระดับปานกลางค่าเฉลี่ย = 2.92 , S.D. = 1.01 เมื่อพิจารณาแล้วอันดับสูงสุดคืออันดับที่ 1 คือ รู้จักกับภัยพิบัติทางธรรมชาติ อยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.60 , S.D. = 0.67 ) อันดับที่ 2 คือ มีส่วนทำให้โลกเกิดภัยพิบัติทางธรรมชาติ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( = 3.35 , S.D. = 0.58 ) อันดับที่ 3 คือ เมีส่วนช่วยในการแก้ไขปัญหาภัยพิบัติทางธรรมชาติ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( = 2.83, S.D. = 0.75 ) อันดับที่ 4 คือ มีความสนใจในเรื่องภัยพิบัติทางธรรมชาติ อยู่ในระดับน้อย ( = 2.43 , S.D. = 1.12 ) อันดับที่ 5 คือ มีวิธีป้องกันตัวเองจากภัยพิบัติทางธรรมชาติ อยู่ในระดับน้อย ( = 2.38, S.D. = 1.95 ) โดยการศึกษาเรื่องภัยพิบัติทางธรรมชาติมีเนื้อหาสาระเกี่ยวกับภัยพิบัติทางธรรมชาติ วิธีแก้ไขและแนวทางการป้องกันจากภัยพิบัติทางธรรมชาติ แล้วสามารถนำไปใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันได้จริง
