ในกรณีของหนักเกินอัตราน้ำหนักทีก่ำหนดตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้นายจ้างจัดให้มีและให้ลูกจ้างใช้เครื่องทุ่นแรงที่เหมาะสม และไม่เป็นอันตรายต่อสุขภาพและความปลอดภัยของลูกจ้าง

In the case of weight exceeding the weight rate specified in paragraph one. The employer shall provide and have the employee use appropriate labor saving equipment. and is not harmful to the health and safety of employees

If the weight exceeds the weight rate specified in the first paragraph, the employer shall provide and allow employees to use appropriate buoys. And it does not harm the health and safety of employees.

If the weight limit stipulated in paragraph 1 is exceeded, the employer shall arrange and ensure that the employees use an appropriate weight scale, and the health and safety of the employees shall not be endangered.
