การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาทักษะการสืบค้นสารสนเทศจากอินเทอร์เน็ตของผู้ปกครองเด็กปฐมวัยโรงเรียนสาธิตละอออุทิศ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 234 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบจัดชั้น (Stratified Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วย สถิติร้อยละ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่า ผู้ปกครองเด็กปฐมวัยส่วนใหญ่มีการใช้เว็บไซต์ Google ในการสืบค้นสารสนเทศจากอินเทอร์เน็ต (ร้อยละ 98) ส่วนใหญ่ใช้เวลาในการสืบค้นประมาณ 3 นาที (ร้อยละ 34) และผลการปฏิบัติสืบค้นสารสนเทศจากคำค้น “การเลี้ยงดูเด็กปฐมวัย” พบว่า ผู้ปกครองเด็กปฐมวัยส่วนใหญ่ สืบค้นสารสนเทศประเภท ข้อความ จากเว็บไซต์ gotoknow (ร้อยละ 61) สารสนเทศ ประเภท ภาพ จากเว็บไซต์ theptarin (ร้อยละ 52) และสารสนเทศประเภท วิดีโอ จากเว็บไซต์ youtube (ร้อยละ 86)
