ตั้งอยู่ในอุทยานแห่งชาติดอยอินทนนท์ อ.จอมทอง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ เดิมน้ำตกแห่งน้ำมีชื่อว่า “น้ำตกป่าคา” ต่อมาเมื่อ นที่ 28 มีนาคม 2545 สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์พระบรมราชินีนาถ เสด็จมาเยื่อน และ ทอดพระเนตร ทรงพระราชทานนามน้ำตกว่า “น้ำตกสิริธาร” น้ำตกแห่งนี้ไหลลงมาผ่านหินผาที่มีความสูงที่ของน้ำตกประมาณ 50 เมตร ไหลลดหลั่นกันลงมาเป็น 2 ชั้นต่อกันอย่างสวยงามมากและมีน้ำไหลตกลงมาตลอดทั้งปี
