เนื่องจากช่วงที่ผ่านมาทาง QA ได้รับ Complaint จากลูกค้าในเรื่องขนมไม่ครบอยู่หลายเคส
และเมื่อเข้าไปตรวจสอบการตั้งค่า Wt. checker ของบางส่วนผลิต พบว่าอาจมีโอกาสเสี่ยงที่จะทำให้เกิดปัญหาดังกล่าว
ดังนั้นทาง QA จึงได้ทำการแก้ไขมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์ (SP-QA-Fxxx) โดยจะเพิ่มมาตรฐานการตั้งค่า Wt. checker
ทั้งนี้ในวันที่ 10/09/2016 บางส่วนผลิตจะได้รับการแก้ไขเอกสาร (ตามไฟล์แนบ) และจะแล้วเสร็จทุกส่วนผลิตในวันที่ 15/09/2016

จึงเรียนมาเพื่อทราบและโปรดดำเนินการตามมาตรฐาน
