- Thai Nationality.

- At least 1 year experience in IT support, Technical Support or Helpdesk.

- Excellent knowledge on computer hardware, software and network

- Software skill : Microsoft Windows Vista/XP/2000/98, Linux Certify (If any): MCP

- Skill Set: Hardware: HP, IBM, DELL (PC and Notebook)

- Lotus notes

- Able to work onsite Customer or stay at customer site.

- Able to provide quality customer service.

- Good written and oral communications skills in English would be advantage
