บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาใน 5 ด้าน ตามทัศนะบุคลากรทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลพบุรี และ 2) เปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามทัศนะบุคลากรทางการศึกษา จำแนกตาม อายุ วุฒิการศึกษา ประสบการณ์การทำงาน ตำแหน่งหน้าที่การปฏิบัติงาน ขนาดสถานศึกษา ที่ตั้งสถานศึกษา และลักษณะชุมชน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นบุคลากรทางการศึกษา คือ ผู้บริหาร ครู และคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลพบุรี ปีการศึกษา 2554 คำนวณขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้สูตรของยามาเน่ได้จำนวน 369 คน แล้วใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบ่งแบบชั้นภูมิ (stratified random sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้รวบรวมข้อมูลในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นแบบสอบถาม (ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.937) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย (mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (standard deviation) การทดสอบที่ (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (one-way ANOVA) และทดสอบรายคู่ตามวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe’s method)
