ปัจจุบันสำนักงานศาลยุติธรรมได้มีการจัดเก็บรวบรวมและประมวลผลข้อมูลคดีความผิดต่อพระราชบัญญัติป้องกันและปราบปรามการค้ามนุษย์ พ.ศ.2551 ซึ่งในปี พ.ศ.2557 (มกราคม - สิงหาคม) มีปริมาณคดีความผิดต่อพระราชบัญญัติป้องกันและปราบปรามการค้ามนุษย์ พ.ศ.2551 ที่ยื่นฟ้องต่อศาลยุติธรรม และศาลยุติธรรมได้พิพากษาแล้วเสร็จ โดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้
ช่วงเดือนมกราคม - สิงหาคม พ.ศ.2557 มีคดีความผิดต่อพระราชบัญญัติป้องกันและปราบปรามการค้ามนุษย์ พ.ศ.2551 ที่ยื่นฟ้องต่อศาลชั้นต้นทั่วราชอาณาจักร จำนวน 130 คดี โดยผู้ต้องหาหรือจำเลยที่ถูกฟ้องจำแนกเป็นคนไทย จำนวน 147 คน เป็นชายจำนวน 47 คน และเป็นหญิงจำนวน 100 คน ส่วนผู้ต้องหาหรือจำเลยสัญชาติอื่น จำนวน 16 คน เป็นชายจำนวน 8 คน และเป็นหญิงจำนวน 8 คน ศาลได้พิพากษาคดีแล้วเสร็จ จำนวน 105 คดี โดยส่วนใหญ่ใช้เวลาในการพิจารณาพิพากษาแล้วเสร็จไม่เกิน 1 ปี ซึ่งการพิพากษาคดีดังกล่าว ศาลมีคำพิพากษาลงโทษจำเลย จำนวน 104 คน จำแนกเป็นผู้ต้องโทษสัญชาติไทย จำนวน 96 คน เป็นชายจำนวน 33 คน และเป็นหญิงจำนวน 63 คน ส่วนสัญชาติอื่น จำนวน 8 คน เป็นชายจำนวน 3 คน และเป็นหญิงจำนวน 5 คน ซึ่งผลคำพิพากษาส่วนใหญ่ศาลมีคำพิพากษาลงโทษจำคุก ส่วนจำเลยที่ศาลมีคำพิพากษายกฟ้อง เป็นสัญชาติไทยทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 17 คน เป็นชายจำนวน 4 คน และเป็นหญิงจำนวน 13 คน
สำหรับการยื่นคำร้องขอปล่อยตัวชั่วคราวต่อศาล ซึ่งศาลได้พิจารณาคำร้องขอที่ผู้ต้องหาหรือจำเลยยื่นต่อศาลแล้วศาลได้พิจารณาคำร้องดังกล่าวแล้วเห็นควรอนุญาตปล่อยตัวชั่วคราวแก่ผู้ต้องหาหรือจำเลยจำนวน 85 คน จำแนกเป็นผู้ต้องหาหรือจำเลยสัญชาติไทย จำนวน 83 คน เป็นชายจำนวน 22 คน และเป็นหญิงจำนวน 61 คน ส่วนผู้ต้องหาหรือจำเลยสัญชาติอื่นจำนวน 2 คน เป็นชายจำนวน 1 คน และเป็นหญิงจำนวน 1 คน
