As highlighted in my latest communique to all staff on the 27th May, 2016, the company will be implementing the above as part of the company business strategy to survive the current low revenue and to avoid further layouff of staff.

This memorandum therefore serve to formally inform you that VAUSE(Thailand) will be implementing a mandatory Leave without Pay(LWOP) for all staff. This LWOP is intended to be temporary in nature and will be implemented for an initial period of 3-6 months. Should business activity pick up and revenue return to an acceptable level, this LWOP scheme will be discontinued and all staff will be informed accordingly.

For the start, the company will be implementing a LWOP for maximum 4 days/ month for all staff, effective 1st June, 2016. The administration of the LWOP is as outline in the attached Q&A.
