การส่งเสริมการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ การเลือกตั้ง และการออกเสียงประชามติในสังคมไทย โดยการจัดกิจกรรมการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาทางการเมืองของประเทศไทยด้วยข้อเท็จจริงและเหตุผล มีแนวทางดังนี้
1) ควรออกแบบการเรียนรู้ส่งเสริมทักษะการวิเคราะห์ปัญหา
2) ควรจัดทำสื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการวิเคราะห์ปัญหา
3) ควรส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนฝึกวิเคราะห์ปัญหาจากสถานการณ์จริง
4) ควรให้ผู้เรียนศึกษาดูงานเกี่ยวกับประชาธิปไตย
5) ควรให้คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา ผู้ปกครอง และชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมในการประเมิน
6) ควรปรับปรุงรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่ฝึกการวิเคราะห์ปัญหา
