โครงงานภาษาอังกฤษเรื่อง คำศัพท์ในร้านอาหารไทย และอาหารไทยเป็นโครงงานที่จัดทำขึ้นตามความสนใจของดิฉัน
โรงเรียนหนองคายวิทยาคาร อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดหนองคาย ระยะเวลา 2 เดือน (วันที่ 22 พฤษภาคม 2558 ถึง 22 กรกฎาคม 2558) วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างเสริมความรู้และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับคำศัพท์
เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมเยาวชนไทยสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน เพื่อเป็รนพื้นฐานในการศึกษาภาษาอังกฤาเพื่อการสื่อสาร พร้อมทั้งพัฒนาการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารติดต่อกับชนชาติอื่น
ซึ่งในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ดิฉันศึกษาความรู้จากแหล่งความรู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ดังนี้ หนังสือร้านอาหารไทย หนังสืออาหารไทย4ภาค เว็บไซต์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับร้านอาหารและอาหารไทย4ภาค และเว็บไซต์แปลภาษา

ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้ทำให้นักเรียนสามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารด้วยตนเองได้อย่างมีประสิทธิ์ภาพ สามารถนำทักษะทางภาษาที่เรียนไปแสวงหาความรู้ในระดับสูงหรือใช้ประกอบอาชีพในอนาคตได้
