(ฉ) โรคซิฟิลิสในระยะที่ ๓
(๓) เคยได้รับโทษจำคุกโดยคำพิพากษาถึงที่สุดให้จำคุกตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยคนเข้าเมืองหรือกฎหมายว่าด้วยการทำงานของคนต่างด้าว ภายในระยะเวลาหนึ่งปีก่อนวันขอรับใบอนุญาต
