การศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสง

การศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาเกี่ยวกับการใช้รถใช้ถนนของโรงเรียนนักเรียนพะเยาพิทยาคมโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้
1.เพื่อทราบถึงเกี่ยวกับการใช้รถใช้ถนนของคนในโรงเรียน
2.เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นเรื่องการใช้รถใช้ถนนของคนในโรงเรียนพะเยาพิทยาคม
3.เพื่อนำผลสำรวจที่ได้ไปพัฒนา
ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นนักเรียนโรงเรียนพะเยาพิทยาคม จำนวน 50 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถาม (Questionnaire) ซึ่งแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ตอนดังนี้ตอนที่ 1 เป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดตรวจเช็ครายการ (Cheek list) ใช้เก็บข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับตัวแปรอิสระ (เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษาของครูผู้สอน) ตอนที่ 2 แบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า (Rating Scale) ชนิด 5 ระดับ ตามวิธีการของ เรนซิสลิเคอร์ท (Rensis Likert) ใช้เก็บข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับตัวแปรตาม (ความคิดเห็น ของนักเรียนโรงเรียนพะเยาพิทยาคม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่าความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนต่อการใช้รถใช้ถนน โดยรวมระดับความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนต่อการใช้รถใช้ถนนโดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่าใช้รถใช้ถนนบ่อยแค่ไหนมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมาคือความถี่ของการใช้รถใช้ถนนและสวมหมวกกันน็อคมีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด
