โครงการประกวดภาพยนตร์โฆษณาเพื่อสังคม “True Young Producer Award” จัดโดยกลุ่มบริษัท ทรู ร่วมกับสมาคมโฆษณาแห่งประเทศไทยและทรู วิชั่นส์ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้เยาวชนนิสิต – นักศึกษาในระดับอุดมศึกษา ได้มีเวทีเพื่อแสดงความสามารถและความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ในการผลิตภาพยนตร์โฆษณาเพื่อสังคม ตลอดจนเป็นการใช้เวลาว่างให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อตนเอง ต่อครอบครัว ต่อสังคมและประเทศชาติ รวมทั้งสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีและแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์การทำงานร่วมกัน ระหว่างสถาบันการศึกษาต่างๆ
