การวิจัยฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานธนาคารออมสิน ภาค 1 เขตบางเขน โดยมีปัจจัยเกี่ยวกับศักยภาพของพนักงาน เพื่อนร่วมงาน หัวหน้างาน วัฒนธรรมองค์การ และเครื่องจักร เครื่องมือและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ซึ่งทำการศึกษาจากพนักงานธนาคารออมสิน ภาค 1 เขตบางเขน และทำการรวบรวมข้อมูลจากการออกแบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งหมด 390 คน และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ การหาค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์แบบพหุถดถอย
