ตั้งหม้อบนเตาแก๊สใส่น้ำรอจนนน้ำเดือด ใส่เกลือลงไปนิดหน่อย และลวกเส้นสปาเก็ตตี้ประมาณ 15-20 นาที เมื่อเส้นนิ่มแล้วให้ตักเส้นขึ้นจากน้ำร้อนและไปล้างด้วยน้ำเย็น
