1.บริหารกิจการทั้งปวงที่เกี่ยวกับองค์กรนิสิต โดยไม่ขัดต่อระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ คำสั่ง และประกาศของวิทยาลัย
2.กำหนดนโยบายการดำเนินงานประจำปีขององค์กรนิสิต และนำไปแถลงในที่ประชุมสภานิสิต
3.บริหารงานกิจกรรมนิสิตให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายที่ได้แถลงไว้ต่อสภานิสิต
4.ควบคุมดูแลและให้ความสะดวกในการดำเนินงานของชมรมที่สังกัด ให้เป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์
5.ร่วมมือประสานงานและให้ความสะดวกในการดำเนินงานของนิสิตคณะต่างๆ
6.เสนอความคิดเห็นต่อมหาวิทยาลัยเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานด้านกิจกรรมของนิสิต
7.ประสานการดำเนินงานกับมหาวิทยาลัยและหน่วยงานอื่นๆ เพื่อดำเนินงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกิจกรรมนิสิต
