เมื่อวันที่ 21- 22 พฤษภาคม 2558 ดร. ได้เดินทางไปประชุมที่ประเทศนอร์เวย์ และได้นำใบเสร็จค่าใช้จ่าที่เกิดขึ้นในการเดินทางมาเบิกเงินกับบริษัท แต่ใบเสร็จรับเงินค่าใช้จ่ายการเดินทางไปต่างประเทศได้สูญหาย ตามระเบียบของฝ่ายบัญชีแจ้งว่า หากใบเสร็จรับเงินค่าใช้จ่ายการเดินทางไปต่างประเทศสูญหายจะต้องขออนุมัติค่าใช้จ่ายจากคุณ

จึงเรียนมาเพื่อโปรดอนุมัติ
