​3.การเช่ารถยนต์ผู้เช่าจะต้องทำนุบำรุงรักษาเสมือนเป็นผู้ดูแลรักษาแทนผู้ให้เช่าและเป็นผู้ครอบครองตามระยะเวลาสัญญาห้ามนำไปขนสิ่งเสพติดหรือกระทำการผิดกฎหมายทุกประเภท
​4.ห้ามผู้เช่านำรถยนต์เช่าไปให้ผู้อื่นเช่าช่วงหรือรับจ้างช่วงอิ่นๆทุกประเภท
5.ผู้ให้เช่าจะจัดทำประกันภัยรถยนต์และจัดทำประกันภัยตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองผู้ประสบภัยตลอดอายุสัญญา
6.ขณะขับขี่รถยนต์ผู้เช่าหรือผู้ขับขี่จะต้องมีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์และไม่ดื่มแอลกอฮอล์หรือเสพยาเสพติดขณะขับขี่รถยนต์ทุกครั้ง หากฝ่าฝืนผู้เช่าจะต้องรับผิดชอบกรณีมีคดีความทางกฏหมายและรับผิดชอบความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นเองทั้งหมดรวมถึงหากมีการอายัดรถผู้เช่าจะต้องรับผิดชอบในการดำเนินคดีหรือต้องซื้อรถใหม่ทดแทนรุ่นที่ถูกอายัดทางกฎหมาย
​7.ไม่ใช้รถยนต์บรรทุกวัตถุอันตรายหรือวัตถุระเบิด
​8.ไม่นำรถยนต์ไปแข่งความเร็วที่ผิดกฎหมายการจราจรหรือขับรถผาดโผน
​9.ห้ามมิให้นำรถยนต์ออกนอกราชอาณาจักรไทย

​10.การเติมน้ำมันรถยนต์จะต้องถูกต้องตามประเภทรถยนต์หากมีความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นผู้เช่าจะต้องรับผิดชอบค่าเสียหายทั้งหมดให้แก่ผู้ให้เช่า
​11.ผู้ให้เช่าจะต้องนำรถเข้าศูนย์บริการเพื่อตรวจสอบการใช้งานรถครบตามกำหนดระยะเวลาการเปลี่ยนถ่ายน้ำมันเครื่องต่างๆตามระยะเวลาทุกครั้งโดยผู้ให้เช่าเป็นผู้เสียค่าใช้จ่าย
​12.กรณีรถยนต์เช่าเกิดอุบัติเหตุเสียหายห้ามทำการซ่อมเองโดยเด็ดขาดจะต้องแจ้งให้ ผู้ให้เช่าทราบทุกครั้งเพื่อให้บริษัทประกันภัยประเมินราคาค่าซ่อมโดยผู้ให้เช่าจะต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายส่วนต่างการซ่อมทั้งหมดที่นอกเหนือจากการรับประกันภัยรถยนต์
​13.กรณีรถยนต์สูญหายผู้เช่าจะต้องชดใช้รถยนต์ใหม่หรือเทียบเท่าตามอายุรถเช่ารุ่นเดียวกัน กรณีประเมินเป็นเงินจะต้องคิดมูลค่าเทียบเท่ารถยนต์ใหม่หรือรุ่น/ปีเดียวกันเท่านั้น
​14.หากผู้เช่ากระทำการใดอันก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อทรัพย์สินรวมทั้งบุคคลอื่นหรือความผิดด้านกฎหมายต่างๆนอกเหนือจากประกันภัยหรือสินไหมทดแทนผู้เช่าจะต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายเองทั้งหมด
​15.ผู้เช่าจะต้องตรวจสอบรถเช่าก่อนรับรถและก่อนคืนรถต้องอยู่ในสภาพเหมือนปกติทั้งภายในและภายนอกรถยนต์และเครื่องยนต์และอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ หากผู้ให้เช่าตรวจสอบแล้วเกิดความเสียหายผู้เช่าจะต้องรับผิดชอบค่าความเสียหายทั้งหมดโดยอ้างอิงราคาซ่อมและอะไหล่แท้จากศูนย์บริการรถยนต์ตามยี่ห้อรถยนต์เช่าเท่านั้น
​16.หากฝ่ายใดฝ่ายหนึ่งผิดนัดผิดสัญญาข้อหนึ่งข้อใด คู่สัญญาอีกฝ่ายมีสิทธิบอกเลิกสัญญาและแจ้งให้อีกฝ่ายหนึ่งรับทราบอย่างน้อย 30 วัน
