ในปัจจุบันคนไทยส่วนใหญ่นั้นไม่ค่อยสนใจที่จะออกกำลังกายเพื่อสุขภาพมากเท่าที่ควร และโรงเรียนหรือมหาวิทยาลัยนั้นมองไม่เห็นความสำคัญในวิชาพละศึกษา คนเราควรที่จะออกกำลังกายอยู่บ่อยๆ เพื่อชีวิตที่ดีขึ้นและมีสุขภาพที่แข็งแรงทำให้มีอายุยั่งยืน แต่คนส่วนใหญ่นั้นไม่ค่อยที่จะให้ความสำคัญกับวิชาพละศึกษามากนัก ทำให้เด็กส่วนใหญ่นั้นสุขภาพไม่แข็งแรงเท่าที่ควร ผมจึงคิดว่า วิชาพละศึกษานั้นควรจะเป็นวิชาหลักที่เด็กทุกคนจะต้องเรียน

We should be able to exercise, often for a better life and health, providing sustained, but most people so rarely that it will give priority to much physical education subjects.
