การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและหาประสิทธิภาพของ วิชา เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร3 ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 วิชา เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร ที่ได้รับการจัดการเรียนรู้ระหว่างการเรียนแบบเอ็กซ์พลิซิทกับการเรียนแบบปกติ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3/1 และชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3/2 โรงเรียนวัดน้อยนพคุณ ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2558 จำนวน 60 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบง่าย และนักเรียนมีระดับผลการเรียนเฉลี่ยที่ใกล้เคียงกัน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ วิชา เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร 3 และแบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน วิชาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร 3 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที (t-test)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ประสิทธิภาพของ วิชา เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นมีค่า E1/E2 เท่ากับ 49.90 / 39.01 2) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 วิชา เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร3 ที่ได้รับการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบเอ็กซ์พลิซิทสูงกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบปกติ มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
