This fall is typical different to what I have seen before . customers are not willing to release any single order till they are pretty sure that they can really sell it. The same happen to all over the world , so all factory are suffering . Once order come, they all react like a hungry dog and need immdy to hunt for the material to full up their empty stomach . They will need to release all material P/O to all suppliers and look for overnight shipment . Just has a case happen to us that we place the order two days ago , but supplier quote for a shipment 30/April. Reason is they have rec'd the same order from other vendors two weeks ago, so their space is full now . This tell me that we are placing the order two weeks later than others . if I using this to bench mark our efficiency , it will means we are two weeks slower than others
