มาตรา 213 ถ้าลูกหนี้ละเลยเสียไม่ชำระหนี้ของตน เจ้าหนี้จะร้องขอต่อศาลให้สั่งบังคับชำระหนี้ก็ได้ เว้นแต่สภาพแห่งหนี้จะไม่เปิดช่องให้ทำเช่นนั้นได้
