บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาผลิตหมึกพิมพ์สกรีนมีกลิ่นจากธรรมชาติและกลิ่นสังเคราะห์โดย มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการยึดติดของกลิ่นที่พิมพ์ด้วยระบบการพิมพ์สกรีนลงบนวัสดุพิมพ์ที่เป็นกระดาษ โดยใช้ยางพารา เป็นสารยึด (Resin) และแป้งมัน เป็นสารเติมแต่ง (Addition) เพื่อเพิ่มสมบัติการยึดติด และใช้สารให้สีจากธรรมชาติ ทำการทดสอบการยึดติดโดยทำการทดสอบสารให้สีจากใบหูกวาง(สีเขียว) และขมิ้น(สีเหลือง)ใช้อัตราส่วน แป้งมัน:ยางพารา:สารให้สี ที่ 100 : 200 : 10 กรัม ผสมกลิ่นมะกรูดและกลิ่นกล้วยที่ 3 อัตราส่วนได้แก่ 20 30 และ 40 มิลลิลิตร พบว่าสูตรที่มีอัตราส่วนของหมึกพิมพ์สกรีนมีกลิ่นที่ 20 มิลลิลิตร เป็นสูตรที่ดีที่สุดเมื่อนำไปทดสอบด้วยการพิมพ์สกรีนบนกระดาษ ทดสอบการแห้งตัวโดยการจับเวลา และทดสอบการยึดติดของหมึกพิมพ์มีกลิ่นสกัดจากธรรมชาติและกลิ่นสังเคราะห์ลงบนกระดาษการ์ดและกระดาษปอนด์ ในสภาพอุณหภูมิที่แตกต่างกัน คือ ในตู้เย็นอุณหภูมิเฉลี่ย -5 °C ในห้องน้ำอุณหภูมิเฉลี่ย 28°C-30°C และในห้องปกติอุณหภูมิเฉลี่ย 33°C-35°C ระยะเวลาทดลอง 5 วัน ทำแบบประเมินด้วยแบบสอบถาม 5 ระดับ จากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 15 คน ได้ผลการประเมินแบบทดสอบ คือ หมึกพิมพ์มีกลิ่นสกัดจากธรรมชาติ (มะกรูด) พิมพ์ลงบนกระดาษปอนด์ ไว้ในตู้เย็นอุณหภูมิเฉลี่ย -5 °C จะมีกลิ่นระดับปานกลางและติดทนนานมากกว่ากระดาษชนิดอื่น
