- แลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลทั่วไปและผู้เชี่ยวชาญ
- ส่งเสริมการนำ Best practice ไปใช้ในประเทศสมาชิก
- การพัฒนาการฝึกอบรมพยาบาลวิชาชีพ
