น้ำตกธารโต
อยู่ที่ตำบลถ้ำทะลุ ห่างจากตัวเมืองยะลาไปตามถนนสายยะลา-เบตง (ทางหลวง 410) กิโลเมตรที่ 47-48 มีทางแยกขวาไปอีกราว 1 กิโลเมตร เป็นน้ำตกขนาดใหญ่ 7 ชั้น มองเห็นเป็นทางน้ำที่ไหลลดหลั่นมาจากภูเขาสูง มีแอ่งน้ำซึ่งสามารถเล่นน้ำได้ โดยรอบร่มรื่นไปด้วยป่าไม้ที่อุดมสมบูรณ์ มีพันธุ์ไม้ที่น่าสนใจมากมายรวมทั้งต้นศรียะลา หรืออโศกเหลือง ซึ่งจะออกดอกชูช่อสีเหลืองสวยงามในราวเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ของทุกปี
น้ำตกละอองรุ้ง
อยู่ที่หมู่ที่ 3 ตำบลบ้านแหร ห่างจากตัวจังหวัดยะลาไปทางเบตงประมาณ 80 กิโลเมตร ด้านขวามือ มีทางเข้าไปยังหมู่บ้านที่อาศัยของชนเผ่าซึ่งเป็นที่รู้จักกันในนาม “เงาะซาไก” เดิมดำรงชีวิตอยู่ด้วยการหาของป่า มีความชำนาญในด้านสมุนไพรและเป่าลูกดอกล่าสัตว์ บ้านเรือนของซาไกเดิมสร้างด้วยไม้ไผ่ มุงหลังคาจาก ต่อมา กรมประชาสงเคราะห์ได้พัฒนาหมู่บ้านแห่งนี้ โดยรวบรวมชาวซาไกมาอาศัยอยู่ในบริเวณเดียวกัน และให้มีอาชีพทำสวนยางและได้กราบบังคมทูลสมเด็จพระศรีนครินทราบรมราชชนนีขอใช้คำว่า “ศรีธารโต” ให้ทุกคนใช้เป็นนามสกุล ปัจจุบันมีชนเผ่าซาไกที่ยังคงอาศัยอยู่บ้าง แต่บางส่วนได้แยกย้ายไปทำงานที่อื่น
หมู่บ้านซาไก
อยู่ที่หมู่ที่ 3 ตำบลบ้านแหร ห่างจากตัวจังหวัดยะลาไปทางเบตงประมาณ 80 กิโลเมตร ด้านขวามือ มีทางเข้าไปยังหมู่บ้านที่อาศัยของชนเผ่าซึ่งเป็นที่รู้จักกันในนาม “เงาะซาไก” เดิมดำรงชีวิตอยู่ด้วยการหาของป่า มีความชำนาญในด้านสมุนไพรและเป่าลูกดอกล่าสัตว์ บ้านเรือนของซาไกเดิมสร้างด้วยไม้ไผ่ มุงหลังคาจาก ต่อมา กรมประชาสงเคราะห์ได้พัฒนาหมู่บ้านแห่งนี้ โดยรวบรวมชาวซาไกมาอาศัยอยู่ในบริเวณเดียวกัน และให้มีอาชีพทำสวนยางและได้กราบบังคมทูลสมเด็จพระศรีนครินทราบรมราชชนนีขอใช้คำว่า “ศรีธารโต” ให้ทุกคนใช้เป็นนามสกุล ปัจจุบันมีชนเผ่าซาไกที่ยังคงอาศัยอยู่บ้าง แต่บางส่วนได้แยกย้ายไปทำงานที่อื่น
เขื่อนบางลาง
ตั้งอยู่บ้านบางลาง ตำบลบาเจาะ ห่างจากจังหวัดยะลาไปตามทางหลวงหมายเลข 410 ประมาณ 50 กิโลเมตร แล้วแยกซ้ายไปอีก12 กิโลเมตร เขื่อนบางลางเป็นโครงการไฟฟ้าพลังน้ำเอนกประสงค์แห่งแรกในภาคใต้ที่สร้างปิดกั้นแม่น้ำปัตตานี เป็นเขื่อนแบบหินทิ้งแกนดินเหนียว สูง 85 เมตร สันเขื่อนยาว 422 เมตร สามารถเก็บกักน้ำได้ 1,420 ล้านลูกบาศก์เมตร พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวได้เสด็จพระราชดำเนินไปทรงประกอบพิธีเปิดเขื่อนบางลาง เมื่อวันที่ 27 กันยายน 2524บริเวณเหนือเขื่อนในบริเวณที่ตั้งของสำนักงานการไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตฯ มีจุดชมทิวทัศน์มองเห็นทัศนียภาพของเขื่อน อ่างเก็บน้ำและทิวเขาโดยรอบได้สวยงาม ติดต่อบ้านพักรับรอง โทร. 0 7328 1063-6 ต่อ 2206 บริการล่องเรือหรือแพชมทิวทัศน์ทะเลสาบเหนือเขื่อน โทร. โทร. 0 7328 1063-6 ต่อ 2209, 2205
พระมหาธาตุเจดีย์พระพุทธธรรมประกาศ พระมหาธาตุเจดีย์พระพุทธธรรมประกาศ
ตั้งอยู่บนเนินเขาในตัวเมืองเบตง บริเวณวัดพุทธาธิวาส ถนนรัตนกิจ ลักษณะเจดีย์ก่อสร้างแบบศรีวิชัยประยุกต์ สีทองอร่าม สูง 39.9 เมตร บรรจุพระบรมสารีริกธาตุ สร้างขึ้นเพื่อเฉลิมฉลองถวายแด่สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าฯพระบรมราชินีนาถ ในวโรกาสพระชนมายุครบ 60 พรรษา จากเจดีย์สามารถมองเห็นทัศนียภาพของวัดและเมืองเบตงอีกมุมหนึ่งได้สวยงาม
บ่อน้ำร้อนเบตง
ได้ เป็นปรากฏการณ์ธรรมชาติอย่างหนึ่งของเบตงที่มีน้ำพุเดือดขึ้นมาจากพื้นดินในหมู่บ้านจะเราะปะไร ตำบลตาเนาะแมเราะ ก่อนถึงอำเภอเบตง 5 กิโลเมตร บนทางหลวงหมายเลข 410 มีทางแยกขวาไปอีก 8 กิโลเมตร ตรงจุดบริเวณที่น้ำเดือดสามารถต้มไข่สุกภายใน 7 นาที มีบริการห้องอาบน้ำแร่ ซึ่งเชื่อกันว่าน้ำแร่จากบ่อน้ำร้อนสามารถบรรเทาอาการปวดเมื่อยและรักษาโรคผิวหนัง
นกนางแอ่น
ยามพลบค่ำบนท้องฟ้าในย่านชุมชนกลางเมืองเบตงจะเต็มไปด้วยนกนางแอ่นที่บินมาอาศัยหลับนอนเกาะอยู่ตามอาคารบ้านเรือนและสายไฟฟ้าอยู่มากมาย โดยเฉพาะที่บริเวณหอนาฬิกาซึ่งประดับด้วยไฟฟ้าสว่างไสวตลอดคืน จะมีนกหนาแน่นเป็นพิเศษ เป็นภาพที่น่าอัศจรรย์และเป็นสัญลักษณ์อีกอย่างหนึ่งของเบตง นกนางแอ่นเหล่านี้บินหนีความหนาวมาจากไซบีเรีย จะพบเห็นเป็นจำนวนมากในช่วงเดือนกันยายน-มีนาคม
น้ำตกอินทสร
อยู่ห่างจากตัวเมืองเบตง 15 กิโลเมตร หรือเลยจากบ่อน้ำร้อนเบตงไปอีก 2 กิโลเมตร เป็นน้ำตกขนาดเล็กที่เกิดจากภูเขา รอบบริเวณปกคลุมด้วยป่าไม้ร่มรื่น และมีแอ่งน้ำสามารถว่ายน้ำเล่นและพักผ่อนได้เป็นอย่างดี
ศาลาดูดวงจันทร์
เป็นสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวและจุดชมวิวของตำบลยะหา เป็นสถานที่สำหรับดูดวงจันทร์เพื่อกำหนดวันเริ่มและสิ้นสุดของการถือศีลอดซึ่งเป็นข้อบัญญัติในศาสนาอิสลามเป็นประจำทุกปี ตั้งอยู่บริเวณภูเขาหลังโรงพยาบาลสมเด็จพระยุพราช อำเภอยะหา
ตู้ไปรษณีย์ใหญ่ที่สุดในประเทศไทยศาลาดูดวงจันทร์
ตู้เดิมตั้งอยู่ที่บริเวณสี่แยกหอนาฬิกาใจกลางเมืองเบตง สร้างขึ้นเมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2467 ตั้งแต่ก่อนสมัยสงครามโลกครั้งที่สอง จุดประสงค์ที่สร้างไว้ในครั้งแรกก็เพื่อใช้เป็นที่กระจายข่าวสารบ้านเมืองให้ชาวเมืองเบตงได้รับฟัง จากวิทยุที่ฝังอยู่ส่วนบนของตู้ และใช้เป็นตู้ไปรษณีย์มาจนทุกวันนี้ ปัจจุบันได้มีการสร้างตู้ไปรษณีย์ขึ้นใหม่ใหญ่กว่าเดิมที่บริเวณศาลาประชาคม ถนนสุขยางค์ มีความสูงประมาณ 9 เมตร เป็นจุดเด่นที่นักท่องเที่ยวนิยมแวะมาถ่ายรูปเป็นที่ระลึก
อุโมงค์ปิยะมิตร
อยู่ที่บ้านปิยะมิตร 1 ตำบลตะเนาะแมเราะ ใช้เส้นทางเดียวกับบ่อน้ำร้อนและน้ำตกอินทสร แต่อยู่เลยบ่อน้ำร้อนไปอีก 4 กิโลเมตร บริเวณนี้เป็นหมู่บ้านของผู้ร่วมพัฒนาชาติไทย เดิมเคยเป็นฐานที่มั่นของพรรคคอมมิวนิสต์มลายา (เขต 2)อุโมงค์แห่งนี้สร้างขึ้นเมื่อ พ.ศ. 2519 เป็นอุโมงค์คดเคี้ยวเข้าไปในภูเขายาวประมาณ 1 กิโลเมตร ความกว้างประมาณ 50-60 ฟุต ใช้เวลาในการขุด 3 เดือน มีทางเข้าออกหลายทาง ใช้เป็นที่หลบภัยทางอากาศและสะสมเสบียง บริเวณนี้จัดให้มีนิทรรศการแสดงภาพประวัติศาสตร์ รวมทั้งวิถีการดำเนินชีวิตภายในป่า ปัจจุบันเป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวที่น่าสนใจมากอีกแห่งหนึ่งของเบตง เปิดให้เข้าชมเวลา 8.00 น-16.30 น.
พระพุทธไสยาสน์วัดคูหาภิมุข หรือวัดหน้าถ้ำ
เป็นหนึ่งในสามปูชนียสถานที่สำคัญของภาคใต้ เช่นเดียวกับพระบรมธาตุเมืองนครศรีธรรมราช และพระบรมธาตุไชยาที่สุราษฎร์ธานี แสดงความรุ่งเรืองของศาสนาพ
