ชื่อโครงการ : ศึกษาพฤติกรรมการพักอาศัยของนักท่องเที่ยวต่างชาติ ในอำเภอหัวหิน จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ กรณีศึกษาประเภทอสังหาริมทรัพย์บ้านเดี่ยวหรือบ้านจัดสรร ในพื้นที่ซอยหัวหิน 104 - ซอย 112

เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมของผู้พักอาศัยที่มีต่ออสังหาริมทรัพย์ในอำเภอหัวหิน จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์
และเพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยประชากรศาสตร์ต่อความพึงพอใจในการพักอาศัยของชาวต่างชาติในอำเภอหัวหิน จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์
ผลการวิจัยพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่นักท่องเที่ยวชาวต่างชาติที่มาพักอาศัยในอำเภอหัวหิน จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ในด้านที่พักอาศัย ความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.63 นักท่องเที่ยวชาวต่างชาติที่มาพักอาศัย ในด้านทำเลที่ตั้ง ความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.61 นักท่องเที่ยวชาวต่างชาติที่มาพักอาศัย ในด้านราคา ความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.58 นักท่องเที่ยวชาวต่างชาติที่มาพักอาศัย ในด้านการตลาด ความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.57 นักท่องเที่ยวชาวต่างชาติที่มาพักอาศัย ในด้านความปลอดภัย ความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.54
