บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเทคนิคการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนหนองสาหร่าย ตำบลหนองสาหร่าย อำเภอพนมทวน จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน (Mixed methods) ดำเนินการฝึกงาน ศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน ศึกษาบริบทชุมชน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเทคนิคการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน จัดทำแบบสอบถามเพื่อเน้นย้ำเทคนิคการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนว่ามีอยู่จริง ผลการศึกษาพบว่าสาเหตุของการเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกกลุ่มชุมชนหนองสาหร่ายคือ ผู้นำมีความสามารถจึงอยากเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมมี ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.55 โดยมีส่วนร่วมด้านการตัดสินใจและวางแผน ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงาน ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการรับผลประโยชน์ โดยเทคนิคการทำให้คนในชุมชนเข้ามามีส่วนร่วม ของชุมชนหนองสาหร่าย ซึ่งให้ความสำคัญในระดับเห็นด้วยอย่างยิ่งมีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุดคือ เทคนิคการให้ปัจจัยพื้นฐาน และสวัสดิการที่ดีกว่าผู้ที่ไม่ได้เป็นสมาชิกมี ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.73 รองลงมาเทคนิคการเข้าถึงแหล่งเงินทุนของชุมชนหรือกลุ่มมี ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.71 และเทคนิคการมีส่วนร่วมที่ทำให้คนในชุมชนเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมของชุมชนและกลุ่ม ได้ดีที่สุด คือ เทคนิคการเข้าถึงแหล่งเงินทุนของชุมชนหรือกลุ่ม ร้อยละ 50.37 ดังนั้น เทคนิคการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนหนองสาหร่าย คือ เทคนิคการเข้าถึงแหล่งเงินทุนของชุมชนหรือกลุ่ม
