การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการแก้โจทย์ปัญหาคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่อง การแก้โจทย์ปัญหาการบวก โดยใช้ชุดการสอน ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5/2 โรงเรียนบ้านห้วยกนทา จังหวัดชัยภูมิ ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2559 จำนวน 1 ห้องเรียน จำนวน 30 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ชุดการสอน เรื่องการแก้โจทย์ปัญหาการบวก ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 จำนวน 4 ชุด และ มีคู่มือประกอบการใช้ชุดการสอน และ แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน ก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนโดยใช้ชุดการสอน เรื่องการแก้โจทย์ปัญหาการบวก ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น เป็นแบบปรนัยจำนวน 30 ข้อ แบบ 4 ตัวเลือก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป โดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน หาประสิทธิภาพของชุดการสอน โดยใช้ E_1/E_2 และการทดสอบค่า ( t – test ) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
