การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาการใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารในสถานศึกษา
ขั้นพื้นฐานเครือข่ายการจัดการศึกษาท่าขนุน – สหกรณ์นิคม – หินดาด อำเภอทองผาภูมิ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 3 ใน 6 ด้าน คือ อำนาจตามกฎหมาย อำนาจในการให้รางวัล อำนาจในการลงโทษ อำนาจในความเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญ อำนาจในการมีข้อมูลสารสนเทศ และอำนาจเชิงอ้างอิง
ประชากรที่ใช้ในวิจัยเป็นครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานเครือข่ายการจัดการศึกษา
ท่าขนุน – สหกรณ์นิคม – หินดาด อำเภอทองผาภูมิ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 3 โดยใช้ทั้งหมดของประชากร มีจำนวน 180 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า(Rating Scale) 5 ระดับ ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.78
สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่าความคิดเห็นใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( 3.61) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่อยู่ในลำดับมากที่สุดคือด้านอำนาจตามกฎหมาย ( 3.89) รองลงมาคือด้านอำนาจในการให้รางวัล ( 3.76)
ทั้งสองด้านนั้นอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนด้านที่ค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุดคือด้านอำนาจในการลงโทษ ( 3.14)
ซึ่งอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
