เจ้าของโครงการคือบริษัท อารียา พรอพเพอร์ตี้ จำกัด (มหาชน) บริษัทมหาชนชื่อดังด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์ คอนโดฯ และหมู่บ้านจัดสรร ที่ใช้ชื่อว่า A Space รูปแบบของสถาปัตยกรรมจะเป็นแบบ English Old Town เช่น หมู่ตึกเฮอริเทจแห่งเมือง Chester ให้อารมณ์เหมือนอยู่ย่าน Noting Hill มีร้านอาหาร ร้านกาแฟสุดชิค ร้านค้าชอปปิ้ง ธนาคาร ฯลฯ หอนาฬิกาโบราณ จตุรัสน้ำพุ Piccadilly Circus London

ที่ตั้งของโครงการจะอยู่ที่ริมถนนสุขุมวิท 77 บนพื้นที่กว่า 10,000 ตารางเมตร หน้าโครงการเอ สเปซ
