Economic, social and reciprocal relations between the peoples of Mekong region countries will be further cemented by implementing east-west economic corridor and southern economic corridor in the region, he said. There should be to choose ways with least environmental impact in making investments for economic development in the region and it is important to place emphasis on green economy and green development, he added.
