บทคัดย่อ
โครงงานนักศึกษาที่จัดทำขึ้นนี้ เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของหลักสูตรการเรียนในระดับปริญญาตรี และยังเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของรายวิชาฝึกปฏิบัติการ รายละเอียดของงาน เป็นการใช้ประโยชน์จากเทคโนโลยี Web Application เพื่อใช้ในการจัดการระบบบริหารจัดการครุภัณฑ์ของคณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา ซึ่งมีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อสร้างประโยชน์ และเพิ่มความสะดวกให้ให้กับองค์กร หรือสามารถตรวจสอบรายการครุภัณฑ์ ซึ่งจะเน้นการทำงานภายในคณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเป็นหลัก โดยสามารถตรวจสอบรายการครุภัณฑ์ที่ได้รับครอบครองว่า ณ เวลาปัจจุบันครุภัณฑ์ชิ้นนั้นอยู่ในความครอบครองของส่วนไหนของคณะ และยืม หรือ โอน ตั้งแต่เมื่อใด
บริหารจัดการครุภัณฑ์ของคณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา เหมาะสำหรับเจ้าหน้าที่ที่ต้องการความสะดวกสบายในการตรวจสอบรายการครุภัณฑ์ว่า ณ เวลาปัจจุบัน หรือเมื่อต้องการทราบว่าครุภัณฑ์นั้น ๆ มีอยู่จริงหรือไม่ ติดตั้งอยู่ที่ใด ใครเป็นผู้ครอบครอง โดยผ่านทางระบบเครือข่าย จากการที่ทางคณะผู้จัดทำได้ทำการทดสอบการใช้งานระบบจะมีการประเมินผลโดยการทดลองใช้ระบบผ่านเครือข่ายจริงนั้นโดยให้เจ้าหน้าที่ที่รับผิดชอบทดลองใช้ระบบผ่ายเครือข่าย ผลสรุปได้ว่าเจ้าหน้าที่ที่ใช้ระบบมีความพึงพอใจกับความสะดวกต่อการใช้งานเป็นที่น่าพอใจในเกณฑ์ “ดี”
