มาตรา ๕๑ ในกรณีที่ผู้กระทำความผิดซึ่งต้องรับโทษตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้เป็นนิติบุคคล ให้กรรมการผู้จัดการ หุ้นส่วนผู้จัดการ ผู้แทนนิติบุคคลหรือบุคคลใดซึ่งรับผิดชอบในการดำเนินการของนิติบุคคลนั้น ต้องรับโทษตามที่กฎหมายกำหนดไว้สำหรับความผิดนั้น ๆ ด้วย เว้นแต่จะพิสูจน์ได้ว่าตนมิได้มีส่วนรู้เห็นหรือยินยอมในการกระทำความผิดของ นิติบุคคลนั้น
