ศูนย์ข่าวศรีราชา - กรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน ร่วมกับมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนฯ พระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี จัดทำแผนการพัฒนากำลังคน ด้านอุตฯ ลอจิสติกส์ จ.ชลบุรี เพื่อรองรับงานด้านลอจิสติกส์ให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น
วันนี้ (3 พ.ย.) ที่โรงแรมเคปราชา อ.ศรีราชา จ.ชลบุรี นายสันติพงศ์ สนธิ เจ้าหน้าที่กรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน ร่วมกับมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี ประชุมแนวทางการจัดทำแผนการพัฒนากำลังคนระดับพื้นที่ กรณีศึกษาอุตสาหกรรมลอจิสติกส์จังหวัดชลบุรี โดยมีหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง และผู้ประกอบการด้านลอจิสติกส์ จังหวัดชลบุรี ร่วมประชุมในครั้งนี้

สำหรับการประชุมในครั้งนี้ เพื่อเป็นการระดมความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการจัดทำรูปแบบ วิธีการดำเนินงาน และแนวทางการใช้ประโยชน์แผนพัฒนากำลังคนรายอุตสาหกรรมด้านอุตสาหกรรมลอจิสติกส์ เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวกับแผนการพัฒนากำลังคนในอุตสาหกรรมลอจิสติกส์ เพื่อให้ได้รับข้อมูลที่ถูกต้อง แม่นยำ และพัฒนาให้เกิดระบบบูรณาการในการดำเนินงานด้านข้อมูลการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ภายใต้กรอบยุทธศาสตร์ และหลังจากนั้น จะนำแผนการพัฒนากำลังคนด้านอุตสาหกรรมลอจิสติกส์ในครั้งนี้ เพื่อรวบรวมและนำเสนอต่อคณะกรรมการพัฒนาแรงงานและประสานงานการฝึกอาชีพแห่งชาติ (กพร.ปช.) ต่อไป
