บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1.) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างข้อมูลทั่วไปกับความเครียดของนักศึกษาคณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร วิทยาเขตสารสนเทศเพชรบุรี
2.) เพื่อศึกษาสาเหตุความเครียดของนักศึกษาคณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร วิทยาเขตสารสนเทศเพชรบุรี3.) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความเครียดที่เกิดขึ้นกับนักศึกษาคณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร วิทยาเขตสารสนเทศเพชรบุรีว่ามีความเครียดระดับใด4.) เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการจัดการความเครียดกับนักศึกษาคณะวิทยาการจัดการมหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร วิทยาเขตสารสนเทศเพชรบุรีในการศึกษาได้ใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 2,500 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา 320 คน โดยเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือการสัมภาษณ์ กระประชุมระดมความคิดเห็น การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและนำเสนอผลการศึกษาแบบพรรณวิเคราะห์
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า
1.เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างข้อมูลทั่วไปกับความเครียดของนักศึกษาคณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร วิทยาเขตสารสนเทศเพชรบุรี
จากการศึกษา พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นผู้หญิงจำนวน 164 คน ระบบการศึกษาจะเป็นระบบปกติจำนวน 300 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่กำลังศึกษาชั้นปี1-2จำนวน 115 คน อายุระหว่าง 18-20 ปี จำนวน 206 คน ส่วนใหญ่จะศึกษาอยู่ในสาขาการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวจำนวน 57 คน และมีเกรดเฉี่ยอยู่ในระหว่าง 3.01 – 3.50 จำนวน 96 คน สถานภาพสมรสของบิดา-มารดา/ผู้ปกครองส่วนใหญ่อยู่ด้วยกัน จำนวน268 คน อาชีพของบิดาและมารดาจะเป็นรับจ้างส่วนใหญ่จำนวน 132 คน ที่พัก/อาศัยส่วนใหญ่กลุ่มต้วอย่างจะอยู่หอพักมหาวิทยาลัยจำนวน115 คนและรายได้/เดือนเพื่อใช้จ่ายขณะอยู่ในมหาวิทยาลัยอยู่ระหว่าง 5,000 - 9,999 บาทจำนวน 124 คน

จากการศึกษา สาเหตุความเครียดทั้ง 3 ด้านพบว่าด้านการเรียนส่วนใหญ่กลุ่มตัวอย่าง
เครียดมากถึงจำนวน 115 คนด้านสภาพแวดล้อมในมหาลัยเครียดปานกลางจำนวน268 คนและด้านสุดท้ายด้านส่วนตัวและสังคมเครียดปานกลางจำนวน 164 คน
3. เพื่อศึกษาระดับความเครียดที่เกิดขึ้นกับนักศึกษาคณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร
วิทยาเขตสารสนเทศเพชรบุรีว่ามีความเครียดระดับใด
จากการศึกษา การประเมินระดับความเครียด พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างใหญ่ระดับความเครียดอยู่
ในช่วงบ่อยครั้งถึง 187 คน ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความเครียดมาก
4. เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการจัดการความเครียดกับนักศึกษาคณะวิทยาการจัดการมหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร

จากการศึกษาการจัดการความเครียด พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่จะมีวิธีการจัดการความเครียด อยู่ในช่วงบ่อยครั้งถึง 187 คน ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างมีการจัดการความเครียดที่ดีมาก
