เมื่อได้รับบิลการ์ดจากแผนก BSA ขอให้ตรวจเช็ครายละเอียดในบิลการ์ด หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง Location & Section Code
ขอให้แก้ไขในบิลการ์ดให้ถูกต้อง และลงลายมือชื่อในช่อง ( Operation/ Checked By) หลังจากนั้นให้ติดบิลการ์ดลงบนสินทรัพย์ของท่าน
