การวิจัยเรื่อง ความพึงพอใจของประชาชนที่มีต่อการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยของเทศบาลตำบลคลองเต็ง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดตรัง เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1.) ระดับความพึงพอใจของประชาชนที่มีต่อการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยของเทศบาลตำบลคลองเต็ง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดตรัง ในด้านเจ้าหน้าที่ ด้านอุปกรณ์และยานพาหนะ ด้านสิ่งสนับสนุน ด้านการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ (2.) ทัศนคติของประชาชนที่มีต่อการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยของเทศบาลตำบลคลองเต็ง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดตรังในด้านเจ้าหน้าที่ ด้านอุปกรณ์และยานพาหนะ ด้านสิ่งสนับสนุน ด้านการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ โดยการศึกษาได้ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูล จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตพื้นที่เทศบาลตำบลคลองเต็ง ที่มีอายุตั้งแต่ 18 – 60 ปี จำนวน 351 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
