กรณีผู้จะซื้อไม่ซื้อที่ดินหรือไม่ชำระราคาค่าที่ดินพร้อมสิ่งปลูกสร้างให้แก่ผู้จะขายภายในกำหนดระยะเวลาตามข้อ 2. ให้ถือว่าสัญญาดังกล่าวนี้เป็นอันสิ้นสุด และให้ผู้จะขายริบเงินค่าที่ดิน
