1. PURCHASE PRICE AND PAYMENT
The Seller agrees to sell and the Purchase agrees to purchase the Land and house for the total purchase price of 3,550,000.00 THB. (Three million five hundred thousand and fifty thousand Baht) (“the Purchase Price”). The Purchaser shall pay the Purchase Price to the Seller paid to the Seller by 4 installments as follows:
1.1 On the execution date of this Agreement, the Purchaser agrees to pay to the Seller in the amount of 50,000.00 THB. (fifty thousand Baht) (“the Deposit”).
