I am excited to share with you some new developments in the process of listing Global Brands Group. Today Global Brands Group’s listing document was made available and can be found on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website at www.hkexnews.hk, on Li & Fung’s website at www.lifung.com, and on Global Brands Group’s new website at www.globalbrandsgroup.com.

With respect to next steps, approval of the spin-off will be discussed at our Board of Directors meeting scheduled for Tuesday, 1 July. If the Board approves the spin-off, it will proceed and the record date and book close date of Global Brands Group will be Monday, 7 July. It is expected that trading of Global Brands Group shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange would commence on Wednesday, 9 July.
