ถ้าสูญหาย ถูกทำลาย หรือชำรุดในสาระส

ถ้าสูญหาย ถูกทำลาย หรือชำรุดในสาระสำคัญ ต้องยื่นคำขอรับใบเเทนภายใน 15 วัน นับแต่วันที่ทราบถึงการสูญหาย ถูกทำลาย หรือชำรุด หากฝ่าฝืนอาจต้องผิดทั้งทางแพ่งและหรือทางอาญา

ผลลัพธ์ (อังกฤษ) 1:
